Can I choose other deposit entry level fee (start or join new game) while I am in the current game?
No, you can choose other deposit entry level fee only after your current game is finished. Otherwise, you can cancel your current game during waiting time period.
Can I view waiting list of all games?
Yes, every registered and logged in user can view waiting list of games with different deposit entry level fees for each game, players’ nicknames who have started the game and those who have joined it.
What happens if I won’t have time to answer all questions?
If you haven’t answered all 10 questions during set time period for specific game level, the system will define all unanswered questions as incorrect.
When can I join or start my own game?
You can start or join the game at any time only if you have enough of the deposit amount on your account.
Can I join the game 1 minute before its start?
Yes, you can join any game at any time while it appears on waiting list.
Can I change my answer choice before I clicked on “Answer” button?
Yes, you can change your answer as many times as you want before clicking on “Answer” button.
Can I answer questions randomly?
Yes, you can answer 10 questions in any order using “Skip and go on to next or previous question” buttons.
Can I “Join” or “Cancel” the game 3 seconds before its start?
No, you cannot cancel or join the game 3 seconds before its start as game enters into the protected mode where system generates questions and fixes number of players.

Do I have to register to play the trial version?
No, you just need to enter any name in the space provided and can start trial version.
Why I haven’t received e-mail with my password?
If you haven’t received your password from us please wait for couple minutes. Settings of some mailing service providers might cause such delays. In case problem persists try to use “Forgot your password” link.
Why can't I login?
The reason our system is not letting you in is because you either entering wrong login or password. Try to re-enter your details or use “Forgot your password” link.

Where can I see my current balance?
Once you are logged in you will see your current balance in “my account” panel. In addition, you can view all your transactions in the account statement's section of profile.
What happens if I don’t have any deposit amount on my account?
If you don’t have any deposit amount on your account, you can start playing only after you will top up your account.
How can I top-up my balance?
You can top-up your balance using any available methods. Please see payment options page.
How quickly the deposit amount will be on my account?
Deposit amount will appear on your account instantly.
How quickly can I withdraw prizes from my account?
